Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the surprise nature of our mystery boxes, we generally do not accept returns unless an item is damaged or incorrectly sized. We want you to love your fashion finds, so we offer a streamlined exchange process for any quality-related concerns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of any damaged items.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to return the specific items from your mystery box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit or Replacement

  After we inspect the return, we will issue a store credit or ship out a replacement mystery item of equal value.
